Clean & Jerk, heavy single - 54 kg (new PR!)
Front squat  - 5 sets of 3 (up to 53kg)
Overhead squat - 3 sets of 2 (up to 40kg)
Clean deadlift - 3 sets of 2 (up to 75 kg)
