Training Week 3, Day 1

A very bad day.

I blame 2 things:

My weak shoulders (10%)
My poor attitude (90%)

  2. Ha. Thanks Emily. My one reader. About that... one girl at the gym says I should be pushing outwards (like to the sides) with my hands on the bar to steady it. I get that. And I know I should be pulling my shoulder blades back. But should I also be pushing my shoulder blades UP and back or locking them DOWN and back? Not sure if that makes sense...
