Training Week 1, Day 3

Clean + Jerk - Heavy Single (47kg) New PR!
Overhead squat - 80% 3 sets of 2 (25kg?)
Front squat - 80% 5 sets of 3 (40kg)
Clean pull - 105% 2 sets of 3 (50kg)

Body Weight - 140 lb
